Art the Clown does not need much room to be deeply unpleasant. Mezco’s 5 Points version shrinks the Terrifier 2 killer down to retro-action-figure scale while keeping the black-and-white costume, fixed grin, and enough articulation to make his cheerful little murder-mime routine everybody else’s problem.

Standing about 3.75 inches tall, the figure includes Art’s chain knives and comes packaged on a retro-style blister card. The 5 Points format intentionally channels old-school articulated toys, which makes the whole thing somehow funnier and more disturbing at the same time.
