We are seeking outgoing, friendly, hard-working and reliable employees to join our team!
General responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and recommendations with a smile! Handling sales transactions, assisting with product merchandising, and keeping the store organized and clean at all times. Keyholders are responsible for opening and closing the store.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be flexible, trustworthy and reliable. Must be able to work independently, and willing to assist with other duties as requested. Retail experience is required. Proven social media experience a plus!
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer purchases

Keeping the store organized and clean at all times
- Opening and closing the store
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in retail sales/customer service

At least 1 year experience in retail sales as keyholder or above
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proven customer service skills
- Proven social media experience a plus!
- Knowledge of comics and pop-culture fandom preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older
- For St Augustine candidates, experience working in downtown St Augustine is preferred!
