WHY THIS RULES:

Dagger finally getting a dedicated Pop! feels significant because she has spent a long time being treated as one half of Cloak & Dagger rather than a character with her own shelf presence. The Marvel Rivals version fixes that by giving her an energetic in-game pose that reads immediately as Dagger instead of reducing her to a generic white-costumed hero. That makes the release especially satisfying for fans who have been waiting for Tandy Bowen to get her own moment.

The vinyl bobblehead stands approximately 4.6 inches tall, a little taller than the basic Pop! baseline thanks to the motion of the pose. That added vertical movement helps the figure feel more active without pushing it into oversized territory. For a Marvel Rivals display, this is a good example of Funko using pose and character recognition to make a standard-size release feel more specific.

WHAT IT'S GOT:

Marvel Rivals Dagger

The figure is based on Dagger’s video-game appearance rather than a generic comics interpretation.

Approximately 4.6 inches tall

The slightly taller-than-average height reflects the more dynamic pose without requiring a larger display footprint.

Character-specific action pose

The spinning motion gives Dagger a stronger identity than a neutral standing sculpt.

Marvel Rivals Dagger Pop! #1655 - Funko - Funko Pops - Common - Marvel

Dagger is Tandy Bowen, Marvel’s light-wielding hero whose psionic energy and enduring partnership with Cloak make her one half of a uniquely connected crime-fighting duo.

Dagger

Dagger is Tandy Bowen, the light-wielding Marvel superhero whose powers and identity are deeply connected to her longtime partner, Cloak.

Tandy begins as a teenage runaway who crosses paths with Tyrone Johnson. After the pair are subjected to experimental drugs, both survive with extraordinary abilities: Tyrone becomes Cloak, linked to darkness and the Darkforce Dimension, while Tandy manifests brilliant psionic light. Marvel describes the pair as “Light and Darkness incarnate,” and their powers become as complementary as their partnership.

As Dagger, Tandy can generate luminous energy and shape it into the light daggers that give her superhero identity its name. Her abilities can harm enemies, illuminate darkness, and counteract the hunger associated with Cloak’s powers. That connection has kept Cloak and Dagger intertwined through years of stories involving street crime, organized crime, other superheroes, and threats far stranger than anything two runaway teenagers reasonably signed up for.

Tandy can absolutely stand on her own.

But Cloak and Dagger are one of those Marvel partnerships where understanding either character gets easier once the other enters the room.

Light needs somewhere to shine.

Fortunately, Tyrone brought plenty of darkness.

Marvel

Marvel Comics is high energy heroism woven through decades of bold storytelling, unforgettable characters, and universe changing moments. Spider-Man swings through New York with heart and humor. The X-Men fight for a world that fears them. The Avengers assemble when things get cosmic, chaotic, or just plain out of hand. Fans love Marvel because it feels human. Even the gods, geniuses, and sorcerers wrestle with real emotions, real struggles, and real growth.

But the Marvel Universe is huge. It’s cosmic epics with the Guardians. It’s street level justice with Daredevil. It’s Wakanda’s royal sci fi brilliance, Asgard’s mythic storms, and the Fantastic Four testing the limits of imagination. Every character brings a spark that changes the whole universe around them. It’s emotional, funny, explosive, messy, and endlessly creative. Marvel stories don’t just show power. They show heart.

What keeps fans coming back is the connection. Marvel heroes feel like people you root for, laugh with, worry about, and celebrate. The stories are big, but the feelings are bigger. It’s superhero storytelling with soul.
