WHY THIS RULES:

Shinobu Kocho has one of the most recognizable silhouettes in Demon Slayer, and this MASTERLISE figure lets the butterfly haori do exactly what it should: dominate the composition. The flowing fabric spreads around her like wings, with the soft gradient edging and vein-like patterning giving the statue movement even though the pose itself is controlled. The result feels elegant first and dangerous second, which is about as Shinobu as it gets.

The PVC figure stands approximately 23 cm, about 9 inches tall, which is firmly in MASTERLISE territory and gives the haori enough room to read as a major design element rather than tiny printed decoration. That height gives the figure noticeably more presence than standard prize figures without pushing it into oversized statue territory. For collectors building a Demon Slayer shelf around the Hashira, this one works especially well as a visual anchor because the coat creates such a broad, recognizable silhouette.

WHAT IT'S GOT:

Butterfly haori centerpiece

The flowing coat and gradient butterfly pattern create the statue’s strongest visual identity and make Shinobu instantly recognizable.

Approximately 9 inches tall

At about 23 cm, the MASTERLISE scale gives the sculpt more shelf presence than a standard prize figure.

Combat-ready stance

The restrained pose and katana positioning keep the statue elegant while still communicating that Shinobu is prepared to strike.

Demon Slayer Shinobu Kocho -Upper Two- MASTERLISE Ichibansho Figure - Statues

Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, wielding poison-tipped techniques with butterfly-like precision. Graceful, calm, and fiercely determined, she defeats demons through speed and strategy rather than brute force. Beauty and danger in perfect balance.

Shinobu Kocho

Shinobu Kocho moves like a breeze… and fights like a venomous butterfly.

A high-ranking Demon Slayer from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Shinobu serves as the Insect Hashira, one of the elite warriors standing between humanity and the demons lurking in the dark. With her butterfly-patterned haori, delicate hair ornament, and a katana styled more like a stinger than a traditional blade, she looks graceful enough to float through a garden. And then the battle starts.

Unlike many Demon Slayers, Shinobu doesn’t rely on brute strength. Her fighting style focuses on speed, precision, and poison-based techniques, injecting lethal toxins with lightning-fast thrusts. The butterfly theme isn’t just aesthetic, it’s a reflection of her combat philosophy. Light, precise, and deceptively deadly.

What really defines Shinobu, though, is the calm smile she never seems to drop. She speaks gently, teases her allies, and radiates kindness… but there’s an undercurrent of steel beneath it all. Her dedication to protecting others comes from deep personal loss, giving her a quiet intensity that hits hard once you see past the surface.

Fans love Shinobu because she flips expectations. Soft colors, soft voice, absolute menace in a fight. Elegant, intelligent, and emotionally layered, she proves that power doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it whispers.

Fans adore it because it hits the heart as hard as it hits the action. Tanjiro’s kindness, Nezuko’s quiet strength, Zenitsu’s chaos lightning, Inosuke’s feral bravado… every member of the cast shines with personality and soul.

The world is rich with lore and tension. Demons stalk the night with terrifying powers and tragic pasts. Hashira stand like living legends, each with techniques that burst off the screen in color and movement. Behind every clash is family, trauma, healing, and the stubborn belief that even in darkness, there’s something worth fighting for.

What makes Demon Slayer so beloved is its balance. It’s beautiful, brutal, funny, heartfelt, and inspiring. It’s a story about endurance, compassion, and the fire it takes to keep moving forward even when the world feels impossibly heavy.

Masterlise Ichibansho delivers large-scale, non-articulated statues with bold poses and serious presence. These figures capture iconic characters in confident, centerpiece-ready sculpts. Big energy, clean detail, and easy display appeal.

Masterlise Ichibansho

Masterlise Ichibansho takes the bold presence of the Masterlise statue line and brings it into a more widely accessible release format. These figures are designed to feel like centerpiece collectibles, capturing characters in confident, iconic poses that instantly command attention. If Masterlise is about prestige, Ichibansho is about letting more fans bring that energy home.

The sculpting philosophy stays focused on impact and character authority. Figures are non-articulated and larger than standard prize-style releases, giving them a strong silhouette and visual weight on the shelf. Facial sculpts are expressive, anatomy is clean and powerful, and poses are chosen to feel definitive rather than fleeting. These figures aren’t about motion blur or effects, they’re about presence.

Within Bandai Spirits’ lineup, Masterlise Ichibansho sits comfortably between lottery-exclusive Masterlise releases and other display-focused statue lines. It delivers that same “main character energy” without the randomness of a prize draw. For collectors, it’s a reliable way to get big, statement figures that feel intentional and display-ready.
