WHY THIS RULES:

Kanao Tsuyuri is often visually quieter than some of Demon Slayer’s louder personalities, so this MASTERLISE figure wisely lets the action pose speak for her. The low, forward-leaning stance, both hands on the katana, and pink-tinted blade create a focused strike moment rather than a decorative standing portrait. Her butterfly hair ornament and clean uniform details keep the silhouette elegant even while the body language says the fight has already started.

The PVC figure stands approximately 23 cm, about 9 inches tall, which puts Kanao right alongside Shinobu in this Upper Two MASTERLISE wave rather than making her a smaller companion piece. That shared scale is useful for collectors because the two characters can display together without an awkward size mismatch. The difference comes from pose and composition instead: Kanao stays compact and grounded while Shinobu’s haori spreads outward, giving the pair distinct personalities at the same overall height.

WHAT IT'S GOT:

Low combat stance

The forward-leaning pose and two-handed katana grip give Kanao a much more action-focused presentation than a neutral statue.

Approximately 9 inches tall

At about 23 cm, Kanao matches the Shinobu figure from the same Upper Two MASTERLISE wave for a consistent paired display.

Pink-bladed silhouette

The tinted katana and butterfly details add just enough color to keep the dark uniform visually distinct on the shelf.

Demon Slayer Kanao Tsuyuri -Upper Two- MASTERLISE Ichibansho Figure - Statues

Kanao Tsuyuri is Shinobu Kocho’s gifted Tsuguko, combining exceptional agility and Flower Breathing with a quiet journey toward trusting her own choices.

Kanao Tsuyuri

Kanao Tsuyuri is a skilled swordswoman of the Demon Slayer Corps and the Tsuguko, or designated successor, of the Insect Hashira Shinobu Kocho.

Quiet and exceptionally disciplined, Kanao enters Demon Slayer as someone who has difficulty making choices for herself. After a traumatic childhood, she was taken in by Kanae and Shinobu Kocho, whose influence gave her safety, purpose, and a path into the Demon Slayer Corps. For a time, Kanao relies on a coin toss when faced with decisions, leaving chance to choose when her own feelings seem too distant to trust.

That reserve should never be mistaken for weakness. Kanao possesses extraordinary agility, sharp senses, precise swordsmanship, and the focus required to compete among the Corps’ strongest younger fighters. Her Flower Breathing techniques reward control and perception, matching a character whose strength often appears in quiet, exact movements rather than noise.

Much of Kanao’s story is about learning to act from her own heart instead of waiting for permission, instruction, or chance. That gradual change gives her victories emotional weight beyond the battlefield.

She may not be the loudest person in the room.

She absolutely does not need to be.

Demon Slayer blends emotional storytelling with stunning combat, unforgettable characters, and a world haunted by demons. Fans love its heart, its beauty, and its fierce battles. It’s dramatic, heartfelt, and visually spectacular.

Demon Slayer

Demon Slayer is pure emotion wrapped in gorgeous swordplay and supernatural style. It’s a story about grief, hope, and the fierce determination to protect the people you love, told with some of the most breathtaking animation and character design in modern anime. Fans adore it because it hits the heart as hard as it hits the action. Tanjiro’s kindness, Nezuko’s quiet strength, Zenitsu’s chaos lightning, Inosuke’s feral bravado… every member of the cast shines with personality and soul.

The world is rich with lore and tension. Demons stalk the night with terrifying powers and tragic pasts. Hashira stand like living legends, each with techniques that burst off the screen in color and movement. Breathing Styles feel mythic, almost ritualistic, and every battle matters because the emotional stakes are always high. Behind every clash is family, trauma, healing, and the stubborn belief that even in darkness, there’s something worth fighting for.

What makes Demon Slayer so beloved is its balance. It’s beautiful, brutal, funny, heartfelt, and inspiring. It’s a story about endurance, compassion, and the fire it takes to keep moving forward even when the world feels impossibly heavy.

Masterlise Ichibansho delivers large-scale, non-articulated statues with bold poses and serious presence. These figures capture iconic characters in confident, centerpiece-ready sculpts. Big energy, clean detail, and easy display appeal.

Masterlise Ichibansho

Masterlise Ichibansho takes the bold presence of the Masterlise statue line and brings it into a more widely accessible release format. These figures are designed to feel like centerpiece collectibles, capturing characters in confident, iconic poses that instantly command attention. If Masterlise is about prestige, Ichibansho is about letting more fans bring that energy home.

The sculpting philosophy stays focused on impact and character authority. Figures are non-articulated and larger than standard prize-style releases, giving them a strong silhouette and visual weight on the shelf. Facial sculpts are expressive, anatomy is clean and powerful, and poses are chosen to feel definitive rather than fleeting. These figures aren’t about motion blur or effects, they’re about presence.

Within Bandai Spirits’ lineup, Masterlise Ichibansho sits comfortably between lottery-exclusive Masterlise releases and other display-focused statue lines. It delivers that same “main character energy” without the randomness of a prize draw. For collectors, it’s a reliable way to get big, statement figures that feel intentional and display-ready.
