WHY THIS RULES:

Future Trunks has one of the most satisfying transformations in Dragon Ball Z, and this S.H.Figuarts release leans into the Super Saiyan version rather than trying to cover every era of the character at once. The sculpt and coloring are tuned toward his anime appearance, with the bright hair and battle-ready expression giving the figure plenty of energy even before you start posing it. He is a natural fit for collectors who want a focused Trunks release that feels built around action rather than a static shelf pose.

The figure stands approximately 5.5 inches tall, which puts it right in the familiar S.H.Figuarts scale used for many Dragon Ball characters and makes it easy to pose alongside the rest of the line. Two interchangeable expressions, two pairs of hands, and a dedicated folded-arm part give you enough variety to move between combat poses and Trunks’ cooler, more composed attitude. PVC and ABS construction keeps the emphasis on articulation, so the real value here is how many recognizable poses you can get out of a relatively compact figure.

WHAT IT'S GOT:

Super Saiyan Trunks focus

This release is built around Trunks in his transformed Dragon Ball Z look, with anime-faithful coloring and a dedicated action-figure treatment.

Approximately 5.5 inches tall

The 140 mm height sits comfortably in the established S.H.Figuarts Dragon Ball scale for mixed-character displays.

Expressions, hands, and folded arms

Two alternate expressions, two pairs of hands, and folded-arm parts let you shift between battle-ready and composed poses without needing extra accessories.

Dragon Ball Z Super Saiyan Trunks -Infinite Latent Super Power- S.H.Figuarts - Action Figures - Anime - Dragon Ball

Future Trunks is the time-traveling Saiyan warrior from Dragon Ball Z, combining devastating power, emotional depth, and unforgettable style. Armed with a sword and driven by hope, he became one of anime’s most iconic heroes.

Trunks

Future Trunks is what happens when Dragon Ball Z decides to introduce a character by having him casually show up and absolutely embarrass one of the biggest villains in the franchise.

And honestly?
What an entrance.

The son of Vegeta and Bulma from a devastated future timeline in Dragon Ball Z, Future Trunks arrives carrying a sword, turning Super Saiyan, and radiating a completely different energy from the rest of the cast. While most of the Z Fighters grew up in a relatively adventurous world, Trunks comes from a future destroyed by the Androids, giving him a far more serious and battle-worn perspective.

Which makes him instantly compelling.

What makes Trunks especially cool is that he blends classic Saiyan power with a kind of cyberpunk resistance-fighter aesthetic. Capsule Corp jacket. Sword on his back. Time machine. Constant exhaustion from carrying the fate of humanity on his shoulders. The man looks like anime distilled into a single character design.

And somehow it works perfectly.

Fans love Trunks because he balances emotional depth with peak cool-factor moments. His relationship with Vegeta adds a surprising amount of heart to the series, especially because Vegeta struggles so much with vulnerability and fatherhood early on.

Also… yes… the sword is important.
A Saiyan using a sword in Dragon Ball immediately makes everything 35% cooler scientifically.

Future Trunks also became one of the franchise’s defining “what if things went horribly wrong?” characters, showing audiences a darker side of the Dragon Ball universe while still embodying hope and determination.

Also… yeah… if a mysterious anime guy arrives from the future carrying a sword and warning everyone about doom?
You should probably listen to him.
