WHY THIS RULES:

Vegeta figures usually work best when they look like the pose is barely containing the amount of energy he is about to unleash, and this Spectacle Battle release leans hard into that idea. The sculpt shifts his weight into an aggressive attack stance and uses the energy effect to pull the eye away from a simple upright silhouette. That asymmetry is what makes the piece interesting: it looks like a moment caught under pressure rather than a character calmly waiting for the photographer.

The non-articulated plastic figure is built around that fixed balance, so the pose does more visual work than raw size alone. Displayed near the other Spectacle Battle pieces, Vegeta adds a sharper, more unstable shape to the group instead of repeating the same stance with a different character. For collectors who already own several Vegetas, the selling point here is not costume novelty, it is the way the sculpt turns attitude into body language.

WHAT IT'S GOT:

Spectacle Battle pose

Vegeta is captured in an attack-focused stance with a pronounced shift in weight rather than a neutral standing pose.

Energy-effect presentation

The purple-and-white attack effect gives the sculpt a stronger directional flow and a more dramatic silhouette.

Non-articulated display figure

The fixed composition preserves the unusual balance and pose exactly as designed.

Dragon Ball Z Vegeta Spectacle Battle MASTERLISE Ichibansho Figure - Statues

Vegeta is the proud Prince of the Saiyans whose relentless pursuit of strength transforms him from one of Goku's deadliest enemies into one of Earth's greatest defenders. Arrogant, fiercely competitive, and considerably more caring than he'd ever willingly admit, Vegeta has become one of anime's defining antiheroes.

Vegeta

Bow before the Prince of all Saiyans.

He'd certainly appreciate it.

Vegeta enters Dragon Ball as a ruthless Saiyan warrior with enormous power, an even larger ego, and absolutely no intention of becoming one of Earth's greatest heroes. Proud, relentless, and obsessed with proving his superiority, Vegeta initially sees Goku as little more than a low-class Saiyan who should know his place.

Goku...

Does not cooperate.

Their rivalry becomes one of anime's greatest, driving Vegeta to constantly train harder, push further, and discover increasingly ridiculous new levels of power. Yet what makes Vegeta truly compelling isn't simply his desire to surpass Goku.

It's how much he changes without ever really becoming less Vegeta.

The arrogant warrior who once came to conquer Earth gradually finds himself defending it. He builds a life with Bulma, becomes the father of Trunks and Bulla, develops genuine respect for his former enemies, and discovers that his legendary Saiyan pride can mean something beyond proving that he's the strongest person in the room.

Not that he's stopped trying.

Vegeta's journey from villain to reluctant ally to genuine hero is one of Dragon Ball's greatest character arcs because it never requires him to suddenly become nice. He's still stubborn. Still competitive. Still hilariously easy to enrage. And still utterly incapable of letting Kakarot get ahead without immediately beginning another unreasonable training regimen.

Fans love Vegeta because underneath all that armor, arrogance, and spectacular shouting is someone who learned that having people worth protecting doesn't make a warrior weaker.

It gives him something worth becoming stronger for.

Just don't expect him to get sentimental about it.

He's got a reputation to maintain.

Masterlise Ichibansho delivers large-scale, non-articulated statues with bold poses and serious presence. These figures capture iconic characters in confident, centerpiece-ready sculpts. Big energy, clean detail, and easy display appeal.

Masterlise Ichibansho

Masterlise Ichibansho takes the bold presence of the Masterlise statue line and brings it into a more widely accessible release format. These figures are designed to feel like centerpiece collectibles, capturing characters in confident, iconic poses that instantly command attention. If Masterlise is about prestige, Ichibansho is about letting more fans bring that energy home.

The sculpting philosophy stays focused on impact and character authority. Figures are non-articulated and larger than standard prize-style releases, giving them a strong silhouette and visual weight on the shelf. Facial sculpts are expressive, anatomy is clean and powerful, and poses are chosen to feel definitive rather than fleeting. These figures aren’t about motion blur or effects, they’re about presence.

Within Bandai Spirits’ lineup, Masterlise Ichibansho sits comfortably between lottery-exclusive Masterlise releases and other display-focused statue lines. It delivers that same “main character energy” without the randomness of a prize draw. For collectors, it’s a reliable way to get big, statement figures that feel intentional and display-ready.
