Nejire Hado

Nejire Hado is a third-year student at U.A. High School, the Pro Hero-in-training known as Nejire Chan, and one of the school's legendary Big Three alongside Mirio Togata and Tamaki Amajiki. Friendly, energetic, and almost impossibly curious, Nejire has a habit of launching seventeen questions before anyone can answer the first. That enthusiasm is not empty chatter, either. She pays attention to people because she is genuinely fascinated by them.

Her Quirk, Wave Motion, converts her vitality into powerful spiraling shockwaves. Nejire can unleash those waves as ranged attacks, use them to control space around her, and propel herself through the air. The energy comes from her own reserves, so her spectacular firepower depends on the stamina and control needed to keep it flowing. Her internship under the dragon hero Ryukyu gives her the opportunity to put that power to work in serious, high-stakes situations.

What makes Nejire memorable is the complete absence of conflict between her bubbly personality and her strength. She does not need to become grim or intimidating before the fight begins. Nejire can remain warm, playful, and delighted by everything around her while hitting with enough force to remind everyone exactly how she earned her place among U.A.'s strongest students.

Nejire's spiraling energy is more than a visual flourish. Wave Motion naturally releases her converted vitality as twisting shockwaves, which she can fire at opponents or direct downward to launch herself into the air. That gives her a particularly recognizable fighting style: part flying hero, part mobile energy cannon, and entirely difficult to ignore.
